Shenzhen 's central districts are Luohu, followed by Futian to the West and further to the West is Nanshan in the outskirts, where you find Overseas Chinese Town with large theme parks like Windows of the World (see separate section) and Splendid China. Many of the districts are large like big cities. Two of them, like Bao'an and Longgang used to function like independents cities outside Shenzhen Special Economic Zone before they were incorporated into Shenzhen.
