Gårda

- Kineum, City Gate, Gårda Vesta, Gröna Skrapan, Business Center

Gårda is a highrise business district at the Southern entrance to Gothenburg, close to the famous Ullevi Stadium. It had only two highrises previously: Gårda Business Center (59m, built 1989) and Gröna Skrapan (60m, built 2020). But in 2022, several new highrises and skyscrapers have been completed in 2021 or 2022: City Gate (144m, 36 floors), Kineum (110m 27 floors), Gårda Vesta (that is further to the North of the others, 97m , 25 floors) and a 8th tower is planned. Kineum is the most strikig of them with its diagonal bronze lines on a glass facade.

The skyline is quite unique in Sweden and can be seen when you approach Gothenburg from the South. Several highrises have been built along this highway, from Mölndal to Gårda.
