Oslo, the capital and largest city of Norway, is a nice, typical Scandinavian city, and is pretty similar to a Swedish city. Oslo is surrounded by the county Akershus, where the metro area extends. It was for a long time called Christiania until 1925, when the city changed back to its original name Oslo. The streets are small, and there are extremely many nice sculptures all over the city.
